Digital Downloads App – Quick Setup Guide

Step 1: Select Plan

After installing the app, choose a plan based on your storage needs.

Step 2: Configure App Settings

• General – Enable or disable the app
• Heading Text – Add title for the downloadable files section
• Heading Color – Choose text color
• Download Button – Customize text, color, and background
• Icon Settings – Select file icon color
• Click Save to apply changes and enable storefront functionality

Step 3: Create Rules

Click Add Rule and configure:

• Enable/Disable rule
• Download Access – After payment or order fulfillment
• Download Limit – Set number of downloads
• Download Days – Set expiry duration
• Password/Key – Add protection (optional)
• Description – Add file details
• Attach Files – Link files to products/variants

Step 4: Add Files

• Click Upload Files
• Add multiple file types (PDF, Word, Images, Audio, Video, etc.)

Step 5: Product Page Setup (OS 2.0)

• Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize
• Select Product Page
• Click Add Block → Files Table
• Customize table settings and click Save

Step 6: Download Page Setup (OS 2.0)

• Open Pages → Digital Download Page
• Click Add Block → Files Table
• Customize and Save

Plan Usage

View your storage usage and remaining space from the Plan Usage section.

Orders

Go to Orders to view and manage all digital download orders.

Step 7: Enable App Embed

• Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize
• Open App Embeds
• Enable the app and click Save

Setup Complete Your digital download files are now ready to be delivered to customers automatically.
